The glycerin in then used for more profitable products such as lotion and body cream.

Essential oil is distilled directly from the plants, fruits and vegetables used in our soap ensuring it is rich in the odors, flavors and essence from which they come. It is for this reason essential oils are widely used in aromatherapy. The aromatherapeutic effects of essential oils can be administered in different ways, depending on the oil and the effect.

Skin absorption is one of the most common methods – a diluted blend of essential oils and carrier oils are massaged into the skin, which absorbs the active ingredient of the essential oil into the bloodstream. Inhalation of steam containing vaporized essentialoils is also a very effective way to treat respiratory complaints.

Little things about our skin.

How does our skin become dry, sagging and wrinkled? The answer is free-radicals.
Our skin is made up of connective tissues. These tissues give our skin strength and
elasticity. When we’re young our connective fibers are strong making skin smooth,
healthy and supple. As we age these connective tissues become hardened and
wrinkled.

As we age, our skin is subjected to constant attack by free-radicals which breaks tissues down causing it to lose its ability to hold itself together. As a result, skin begins to sag and wrinkle. Further, the free-radical process and its growth are self sustaining, once started more free radicals are produced adding exacerbating the process by which our skin is damaged.

The only way our body has to fight them is with antioxidants. Having a liberal amount of antioxidant nutrients in our diet combined with the consistent use of antioxidants in
skin care products is the most effective way to save your skin from aging.
